How much will delivery cost?
Delivery within the UK is free for orders over £50
Standard UK delivery is £4 for orders under £50
We now offer a lower priced shipping rate of £2.50 for smaller items that can be posted as a large letter size. e.g. teethers, hair accessories, notebooks, children's necklaces, etc.
Standard European delivery for all orders is £10*
Free local delivery is available for those within a 5 mile radius of Letchworth Garden City, Herts.
* Please note that due to the weight of some items, there may be additional postage costs required when shipping to Europe. You will be contacted after your purchase to inform you if this is required. If at that stage you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase you will be offered a full refund.
Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
How long will delivery take?
We endeavour to deliver all UK orders within a maximum of 5 working days.
European delivery may be subject to delays which are out of our control, e.g. customs or delays related to Britain leaving the EU. We aim for European delivery within 7-10 working days.
For pre-orders, the estimated delivery date will be clearly marked in the product description.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Yes! If you live within 5 miles of Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire then your item will be hand-delivered for free.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes! I am pleased to say we are now shipping to most European countries. Please see our delivery & returns page for full details.
My item has not arrived. What should I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com so that we can look into the tracking for you. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item delayed until 14 days after posting so we may be unable to offer refunds until after that date.
Can I return my item?
We hope that you will be happy with your order but if for any reason you need to exchange or return any item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the process.
If the item is faulty then you will be offered a refund or replacement once we have received the item back. We will also reimburse you for postage costs of returning the damaged item. If the item is undamaged but you no longer require it, a refund/exchange will still be offered but you will need to pay the postage costs for returning the item.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We sure do! And what's more, whilst any Covid restrictions remain we are offering this completely free of charge! Our items are wrapped in fully recyclable wrapping and we'll even add a hand-written gift tag if you just add your message in the notes section at checkout. If you forget to request it, simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after your purchase and we will sort that out for you.
Do you sell Happy Cat Kids gift vouchers?
